Delete your account
This page lets you permanently delete your Hapka account even when you cannot access the mobile app.
Data that will be deleted
- your account, email address and profile name;
- active sessions and password reset links;
- favorites, weekly plans, collections and cooking history;
- subscription records linked to the account, except limited records that we must retain by law.
Deletion cannot be undone. Deleting your Hapka account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel it separately in the relevant store settings.
Other options
In the app, open Profile → Delete account. If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot password” first. For assistance, email support@hapka.online from the address registered to your account.
